Huliau Aloha, LLC owner Andrea Dias-Machado serves as an agent of positive change and transformation. She possesses more than 20 years of experience in direct service and leadership positions within diverse systems responsible to malama the health and wellbeing of children, youth and families. These systems include, but are not limited to, juvenile justice, counseling, youth development, education, and community engagement. 

Through Huliau Aloha LLC, Andrea hopes to share her seasoned knowledge and skills of program management and administration as well as a deep commitment to community transformation to support organizations and community members on their journey to achieve the change they desire to see throughout Hawaiʻi nei and beyond.
